Ron brings over 35 years of real estate/ asset management experience to the Harshman Property Services team, most recently in his role with RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. He provided brokerage and management services to both private and institutional owners, specializing in Management Services concentrating on Landlord Representation Assignments.

Ron has vast experience in development, construction, leasing, and property management in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining RESOURCE, Ron was a principal with a local real estate developer’s management company, overseeing a team of professionals that managed the company’s portfolio, valuing over $50 million in commercial office, industrial and retail property.

Prior to working in the real estate development industry, Ron built his career with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, where he held several high-level positions during 10 years of service with the organization. Most recently, Ron was Second Vice President and Manager of Retail Management Services for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s retail shopping centers and other investment properties throughout the state of Indiana. During that time, he managed

over $100 million of commercial real estate investments, totaling over 3 million square feet, representing both institutional and individual clients.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Ron possesses experience in other areas of commercial real estate including direct property management of apartment complexes, industrial properties, office/warehouse, office buildings and specialization of retail strip center management.
